Items purchased from the Abstractanna.com web shop will ONLY be shipped to the card holders billing address. Unless authorised via Info@abstractanna.com sales support team and exceptional circumstances only. This is to protect our valued customers from online fraud.

All orders are sent by Hermes, Royal Mail from The abstractanna.com studio in the United Kingdom.

Orders take a minimum of 3-5 days to process from time of placing orders, payments being cleared and authorised before they are shipped. We will notify you once shipped with the tracking information.

All the abstractanna art is originally produced and ready to ship but due to demand some products may need to have final assembly resulting in a short delay. If your order is URGENT please check with us before placing the order through the webshop.

If your Country is not listed please contact up for shipping quotation.

You the purchaser are liable for any duty or taxes due on any goods imported into your country of residence from the UK.

PRODUCT RETURNS.

Any returned products must be returned with 28 days of purchase in original studio condition and will be liable to a restocking fee of 10%. Returns are at the purchasers cost not that of Abstractanna.com

PRODUCT WARRANTY CONDITIONS.

All products must be checked within 7 days of receipt and any damage, must be reported to us in writing.

Abstractanna.com does not cover shipping charges from the customer for returned items unless previously agreed.

You MUST contact us before returning your items.
